Juicing—it’s a good thing

Get the most out of your food, and up your intake of vitamins, minerals and nutrients with fresh, raw fruits and vegetables. A great way to start the day, or employ as an all natural afternoon boost, freshly pressed juice is an easy and convenient choice for adding more good stuff into your diet.

Below are some recipes for you to try, or you can experiment and create your own!

MAKING SMOOTHIES USING A HIGH-SPEED BLENDER:

Green Monster Smoothie *NEW*
1 cup of Almond Milk, 1 cup of Baby Spinach, 1 large ripe Banana, 1 tablespoon of Chia Seeds, Pinch of Ground Cinnamon, 1 scoop of Protein Powder, 2 to 3 ice cubes
