Our in-house organic guru Mike has some great picks from around the store that can help lead you down the right path.


Greek Yogurt: High in protein, Greek yogurt can have twice as much protein, less sodium, fewer carbs and less lactose than regular yogurt.
Due to its thick texture and rich taste, many people use Greek Yogurt as a recipe substitute for milk, sour cream and even use it for baking.

Almond Breeze Almond Milk: Smooth and great-tasting, a great milk substitute that contains as much calcium as milk and also contains high amounts of protein, fiber, monounsaturated fat, vitamin E, calcium and other important minerals.
Unsweetened vanilla flavor is the best on cereal. Or can be blended into a protein-packed smoothie.

The Pantry:

Irish Oatmeal: Contains cancer-fighting fiber that attacks acids and reduces toxins. Contains vitamin E, zinc, selenium, copper, iron and magnesium. May reduce bad cholesterol.
Makes a great skin care item: mash oatmeal, papaya and honey for a moisturizing mask. Adding fruit gives it more vitamins.
